Adam C. Johnson
Adam C. Johnson is a management consultant for Jabian Consulting in Atlanta, where his work focuses on strategy development and implementation for corporate clients. Prior to working at Jabian, Adam served as a U.S. Army Infantry Officer and Army Ranger in the 75th Ranger Regiment and then as a consultant for Cognizant. He holds a BS in Irregular Warfare (military strategy) from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the Univ. of Georgia.
Nimesh Shah is a Director at Jabian with over 20 years of consulting experience improving customer service, sales, and operations for Fortune 500 and mid-market companies through strategic business and IT transformation projects. His expertise includes developing and implementing customer and product strategies in the areas of Customer Relationship Management, contact center operations, process improvement/re-engineering, business analysis, M&A IT and operations due diligence and post-merger integration. He also has a passion for helping companies adopt agile principles to improve their IT delivery and product development lifecycles.
Before joining Jabian, Nimesh worked as a consultant in Accenture’s Customer Service Strategy group and then as a Director of Process Standards and Systems at Xerox . He joined Jabian to get back into external consulting and because of Jabian’s interesting client work and local model with a focus on community, work/life balance, and opportunities for career growth.
Nimesh is involved with the Dallas Chapter of Conscious Capitalism and is a board member of his neighborhood HOA. He holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University and an MBA from Texas A&M University.
In his free time, Nimesh like to travel, cook, garden, spend time with his family, and has a special affinity for hot peppers – the hotter the better!
Dwayne Foster is a results-driven Manager at Jabian with experience in both the federal and commercial sectors. He has strong skills and interests in Business Strategy, IT Strategy, Process Engineering & Optimization, Demand Management, Capacity Planning, and Project Management.
Dwayne is originally from Newport News, VA and attended the University of Richmond, VA, majoring in Politics, Philosophy, Economics, and Law (PPEL). While in college, he was introduced to consulting through an internship with Deloitte which he joined full-time after graduation.
Dwayne is actively involved with the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, National Black MBA Association of Charlotte, and Heart Math Tutoring. In his free time, he like to read things related to politics, travel, try new restaurants, and relax with friends and family.
Will Funderburg is a Director at Jabian. He is an experienced business and technology strategist, business and process analyst, and demand management specialist. He has led several efforts to assess and stand up enterprise capabilities at mid-market and large-market, high-growth companies.
Will previously worked at Capgemini in the Communications, Media, and Entertainment Group where he focused primarily on Project Management and Process Analysis efforts on large scale ERP implementation programs.
Cordia is a Consultant at Jabian who has a passion for bridging the communication gap between business and technology end users. Her expertise includes serving in various capacities as a deployment and test practitioner, and large scale IT systems implementations.
Cordia is currently involved with various organizations who are actively working towards the eradication of poverty and human trafficking in Atlanta. In the past, she has participated in Lobby Day 2016 and actively advocated for the passing of the Safe Harbor Bill which consisted of new legislation that would allocate money towards healthcare, housing, and other services for human trafficking victims. In her free time, she enjoys playing sports, particularly women’s flag football, volunteering, and seeking out adventures across the world.
Prior to Jabian, Cordia was an Associate Manager at Accenture aligned to the SAP practices in Atlanta. While at Accenture, her focus was on systems delivery for utilities retail, T&D, and generation clients. Cordia graduated with a degree in Information Systems from Georgia Southern University – “the real GSU”!
Allison is a senior manager at Jabian who is passionate about people and process. She has expertise in business & process analysis and product management, and supporting her clients in defining and managing their most complex transformational projects.
Allison is currently an active PMI Metrolina chapter member, and serves on the advisory board for Girls on the Run Charlotte. Outside of the office, you’ll find her exploring new restaurants and breweries or being active with her family and pup.
Prior to Jabian, Allison was a Manager at Deloitte’s Technology Consulting Federal Practice in DC. Her focus was in Information Management and bringing custom business intelligence solutions to her clients through requirements and project management roles. Allison graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State – WE ARE!
