Atlanta Business Chronicle has named Jabian Consulting to its list of Best Places to Work in Atlanta.

Atlanta, Georgia – September 16, 2011 – Jabian Consulting is honored to be among the Atlanta companies considered Best Places to Work by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. The Chronicle, in partnership with Quantum Workplace, surveys metro-Atlanta area employers to find those considered by their employees to be the best.

This is Jabian’s second year to receive the award in the small companies category, chosen from among 482 total nominated companies and organizations. As theChronicle points out, “There’s almost no topic of greater public interest in America these days than jobs.”

Jabian founding co-partner, Chris Reinking, says the honor reflects what the firm strives for. “We certainly try to be a ‘best place to work,’ in that we place a priority on the factors that make for a healthy work-life balance and a fulfilling career – employee-driven professional development initiatives, mentoring programs, very selective hiring, and great clients to work with. We’re happy to have that acknowledged.”

Unlike many technology and management consulting companies, Jabian focuses on local client engagements, meaning its consultants do not endure the typically grueling travel demands that often come with consulting work. Jabian employees also engage with the local community and are encouraged to participate in Jabian Cares, the charitable foundation that supports causes important to Jabian employees with funds and hands-on volunteering opportunities.
