June 19, 2013 – Dallas, Texas – The Contact Center of Excellence (CCOE) Board is the leadership team heading up Greater Irving-Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce’s leading contact center industry efforts. Its mission is to serve as the core of the contact center industry by providing insights, expertise, and help to contact center executives across the nation, and also by supporting and investing in contact centers throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

Board members include Ryan Ogden and Nimesh Shah (Jabian Consulting),Marvin Bond and Jennifer Pouey (Irving-Las Colinas Chamber), Susan Arledge (Arledge Partners Real Estate Group), Tabitha Bagwell (MMC Group), and Troy Haslam (Aegis).

The Dallas Business Journal ran an article on April 19, 2013, mentioning why Dallas-Fort Worth is a great area for the industry: “Dallas-Fort Worth is one of the top markets for the U.S. call center industry, which has 4,200 companies and combined revenue of $16 billion.” More than 280 of these companies have contact center or back office operations in the Dallas area.

In order to provide insights and expertise, the Contact Center of Excellence Board takes on several projects yearly. The Chamber’s Industry Forum is an annual event that brings together contact center industry executives to network and learn from each other and grow the industry. The CCOE Board also hosts C-Connection, an invitation-only senior leadership Forum.
