During her acceptance speech, Jenni recognized her family, Jabian, and WIT colleagues for their parts in her success. “I’m a believer in Walt Disney’s mantra: All you need is faith, trust, and a little pixie dust. My pixie dust has come in the form of amazing people who have provided inspiration, strength, support, and motivation throughout my life.”

Jenni is considered an industry expert in CRM, specifically CRM integrations and transformations. Her other internal responsibilities at Jabian include offering creation, mentoring/people development, community involvement, and corporate planning. Jenni has also embraced WIT as an organization that shares her own personal philosophy toward the bolstering of women in technology careers. She dedicates a significant portion of her time and attention to serving as a leader within WIT and as a mentor and role model for her co-workers. The example she sets as a mentor and champion of women’s careers in the IT field has inspired others at Jabian to follow her lead, becoming mentors themselves and getting involved in programs such as WIT’s Girls Get IT to help guide the leaders of tomorrow.

Nigel Zelcer, co-founding partner of Jabian, says WIT sees in Jenni the same qualities her co-workers do. “Jenni’s dedication to excellence and the bolstering of others’ careers sets her apart. We’re very proud of her,” he says.

Krista Marlatt, Director at Jabian, continues: “Having known Jenni for almost 15 years, it is wonderful to see her recognized for what I have known for years. Jenni is a dynamic and selfless leader both within Jabian and the greater Atlanta community. Jenni spends her time delivering quality work, but it is her time she spends developing her teams, giving to the community, working with STEM initiatives, and dedication to her family that proves she is so much more. Congratulations, Jenni.”

WIT‘s mission is to foster the advancement of women in Georgia’s technology community, “from the classroom to the boardroom.” It is one of three founding societies of the Technology Association of Georgia.
