Atlanta, Georgia – September 9, 2013 – Jabian Consulting was ranked 15th among firms of the same size in Consulting Magazine’s “Best Firms to Work For” 2013 list.

This represents the fourth time in five years that Jabian has made the national list of firms recognized for being the most personally and professionally satisfying places to work. “Our employees experience a sense of pride when our inclusive, dynamic, and community-centered culture is celebrated as a rewarding place to work”, said partner and co-founder Nigel Zelcer.  “Being recognized validates the investment we’ve made in our culture and our people and it’s wonderful to see that realized as a differentiator in the industry.”

More than 400 consulting firms were surveyed this year and evaluated across six categories designed to measure various aspects of employee satisfaction: Client Engagement, Culture, Leadership, Career Development, Work/Life Balance, Compensation and Benefits.

Jabian ranked 4th overall for Career Development and 10thfor Work/Life Balance. Since its founding in 2006, Jabian has focused on building a competency model for consultants that provides a roadmap for a successful consulting career. This includes seminars, one-on-one training sessions, and a series of workshops designed to help the consultants develop better trust relationships with their clients.

Jabian’s No Travel Policy lies at the heart of its less than 5% employee turnover rate and allows the consultants time to become involved with personally meaningful community organizations, whether it be in Atlanta, Dallas, or Charlotte.

“Over the next twelve months our goal is to enhance our employee’s value programs to continue focusing on balance,” said Zelcer.
