For the second year running, Consulting Magazine has honored Jabian Consulting with a spot on its 2010 Best Firms To Work For list – ranking Jabian 12th in the nation in the small firms category.

Atlanta, Georgia – September, 2010 – Jabian Consulting was recognized by Consulting Magazine for a second year, placing 12th among 15 nationally ranked small consulting firms. Firms in consideration were evaluated across six categories: job, culture, leadership, career development, work/life balance, compensation, and benefits.

Jabian’s co-founding partner, Nigel Zelcer, discusses what the honor means to the firm:

“Being ranked by Consulting Magazine, a publication that specializes in assessing the best-of-the-best in our industry, gives our employees a great sense of accomplishment, because they’re being recognized along with their top peers,” Zelcer says. “It reflects the fact that our consultants are committed to making Jabian a fun, dynamic, and rewarding place to work. They have their professional fingerprints on every element of the firm, and they should be proud.

In its assessment by the magazine, Jabian received its highest scores in the culture category, with 4.67 out of a possible 5.0. The job itself was Jabian’s next highest score, at 4.60. “We believe a self-empowered culture and continuous employee development create the most satisfying career,” Zelcer explains. “It’s a strategy that seems to be working for our people, and it’s great to see that affirmed here.”

“Ultimately, our clients benefit from Jabian’s high employee morale, extremely low employee turnover, and the focus on continual improvement in our work environment,” Zelcer adds. Jabian’s clients include organizations seeking help in areas such as business strategy, customer interaction, and technology optimization, as well as operation excellence and technology execution. “Putting effort into creating a good internal environment enables us to give our best to the people and organizations we serve. Being able to deliver results for our clients is what it all comes down to.”
