Dallas, Texas – June 4, 2012 – Jabian Consulting is proud to announce the expansion of its local-based consulting model into a new community: Dallas, Texas. The office in Las Colinas is now open and serving clients in and around the Dallas area with the excellence in innovation and client service for which Jabian has come to be known.

Founded in 2006 by three consulting industry veterans who sought to create the firm they wished existed, Jabian Consulting is a strategic management and technology consultancy that has earned a reputation for doing things differently – and better. This year, Jabian was named one of Consulting magazine’s “Seven to Watch” small firms for notable growth and future promise. It was added last year to the Inc. Magazine 500|5000 and has been highlighted on Best Places to Work or Fastest Growing lists more than 10 times, including recognition by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Atlanta Business Chronicle, and Georgia Trend. Its leaders have been awarded honors such as Atlanta Business Chronicle’s “40 Up and Comers under 40″ and Women in Technology’s Woman of the Year award.

Founding partner Nigel Zelcer on Jabian’s success thus far: “Jabian hires only the best people in the industry; prizes innovation and creativity; guarantees the success of every client engagement; and does it all locally with a sincere commitment to helping its employees grow their careers and its community thrive. That combination makes us unique.”

Having built a reputation for excellence in its first six years, Jabian has turned out to be the firm many consulting clients were wishing for as well. Founding partner Chris Reinking says, “Jabian consultants have proven themselves to be key partners to our clients in an uncertain economy, thinking creatively about how to adjust their business model to survive and thrive, while at the same time crafting a strategy that positions them to excel as the economy turns around. Over time, we’ve come to be seen as trusted advisors.”

With significant growth in revenue, client base, and head count every year since Jabian was founded in 2006, the time was right for expansion. “The strength of the economy, access to highly skilled consulting resources, and relationship based business market make Dallas an obvious choice for our expansion. We’re thrilled to become part of the Dallas community,” says founding partner Brian Betkowski.

Unlike most consulting companies, Jabian operates locally only, meaning the job doesn’t come with the added time and demands of travel. Attrition has remained extremely low, and staff cite their enthusiasm for Jabian’s firm culture, built around seven principles called “The Jabian Way”:

  • Business before technology
  • People before everything
  • Brilliance matters
  • Failure is not an option
  • Love what you do
  • Give back locally
  • Develop loyal advocates

Jabian Cares, the firm’s charitable foundation, will expand into Dallas as well. It aims to support innovative approaches to improving the quality of life in the communities where Jabian staff live and work, often through gifts of leadership, volunteer time, and funds.
