June 4, 2013 – Dallas, Texas – One year ago today, Atlanta-based Jabian Consulting officially opened the doors of its second office in Dallas, Texas.

“We have come a long way! We are so proud of the team there and of the Atlanta team for such great support, and the successful continuation of the greatJabian Way in Dallas,” notes Founding Partner Brian Betkowski. “Each day I see the positive impact on the communities we serve as well as our communities’ amazing support for us.”

What is the Jabian Way? “Our core tenets and founding principles,” answers Founding Partner Nigel Zelcer.

  • Business before technology
  • People before everything
  • Brilliance matters
  • Failure is not an option
  • Love what you do
  • Give back locally
  • Develop loyal advocates

“In following these principles, failure is not an option,” says Zelcer.

Within its first year, Jabian became well-integrated in the community. Several of the Dallas-area organizations Jabian is involved with include the Greater Irving-Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Dallas, ASP, and Tech Wildcatters. Recently, Jabian Dallas pioneers Ryan Ogden and Nimesh Shah joined the Chamber’s Contact Center of Excellence Board, where they share perspectives and insights with other industry leaders. Last month, Shah accepted a nomination to the Association for Strategic Planning (ASP) Board.

In addition, Jabian Cares extended into Dallas almost immediately. Jabian Cares is the Firm’s employee-led 501(c)(3) charitable foundation committed to serving the local communities through volunteerism, leadership, and financial support.

“We are so grateful for the opportunity to serve Dallas, the incredible community support, and our Dallas pioneers,” says Betkowski. “Our success in launching the second office is exciting, and we look forward to where future growth may lead.”

Happy 1st Anniversary Jabian Dallas!
